Recently, the "Double Zone Linkage" between Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone and TEDA Cooperation Zone and the inaugural ceremony of China (Tianjin) second-hand automobile export to Egypt were solemnly held in the Lingang Business Building of the Free Trade Zone. Huaxing North Automobile Trade Co., Ltd., ZhongYuan Import and Export Group Co., Ltd., and China Africa Taida Investment Co., Ltd. have reached a strategic cooperation intention. The three parties will cooperate in the entire industrial chain of second-hand car exports. The first six second-hand cars will be officially exported to Egypt through the China Egypt Taida Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Taida Cooperation Zone").

    At the meeting, relevant leaders from the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Binhai New Area Business Promotion Bureau, the Free Trade Zone Business Bureau, the People's Bank of China Tianjin Branch, and China Export&Credit Insurance Corporation Tianjin Branch attended the meeting. Leaders from the government departments of the Suez Canal Economic Zone in Egypt "Cloud Attended" the meeting, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce Auto Dealers Association, Tianjin Used Car Export Association, Tianjin Automobile Industry Aftermarket Association, Tianjin Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, Huaxing North About 60 experts and enterprise representatives from ZhongYuan Group and China Africa Taida engaged in international automobile trade attended the meeting.
    2、 Industrial agglomeration
    International automobile trade is a characteristic and advantageous industry of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone. After years of development, the Free Trade Zone has formed the largest parallel import automobile sales market in China, gathering thousands of distribution enterprises to develop in the zone, including 34 approved pilot qualified enterprises, accounting for 68% of Tianjin and 19% of the country, making it the largest pilot area in China. At the same time, imported vehicles with Chinese specifications are also a key industry to support the development of the Free Trade Zone. Currently, there are general distributors and distributors in Volkswagen China, Subaru, Guanghui Group, Zhongsheng Group, Zhongjin Auto Trade, Huaxing North, etc.
    3、 Optimize services
    In 2019, under the leadership and support of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Binhai New Area Business Promotion Bureau, the Free Trade Zone took advantage of free trade innovation and location policy advantages to thoroughly implement the central government's decision and deployment to "accelerate the construction of a new development pattern with domestic and international double cycles as the main body, and promote the development of innovative businesses such as second-hand car exports.". Over the past two years, the bonded area has promoted the solution of relevant issues encountered in the process of second-hand car export, continuously improving the supporting service system for the second-hand car export industry, improving the detection, storage, and servicing capabilities of second-hand car exports, actively organizing pilot enterprises to connect international distribution resources and domestic vehicle source channels, and continuously expanding the scale of second-hand car export.

    TEDA Cooperation Zone
    TEDA Cooperation Zone is a national level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone approved by the Chinese government. In December 2020, TEDA Cooperation Zone obtained a second-hand car import and storage license issued by the Egyptian government, becoming the only Chinese funded enterprise to carry out second-hand car import and bonded warehousing business in Egypt. Currently, there is a huge demand for second-hand cars in Africa, the Middle East, and other regions. Due to its unique industrial policies and superior geographical advantages, TEDA Cooperation Zone has become an important platform for Sino Egyptian economic and trade cooperation and international trade in second-hand cars.
    Huaxing North
    The reporter learned from the meeting that the six second-hand cars exported to Egypt from the Taida Cooperation Zone were all from Huaxing North. As a local dealer group, Huaxing North has been committed to the goal of "pioneering the industry and creating a second-hand automobile export community" since its establishment in the bonded area. "This time, the strategic cooperation between China Star North, China Africa Taida, andZHongYUan Group is at the right time. By first piloting and establishing a platform, we will develop a long-term and sustainable business model for second-hand car exports, help China's second-hand cars' going global ', give full play to the advantages of domestic and foreign cooperation platforms, and establish a distribution center for second-hand cars and spare parts, which is of great significance for domestic second-hand cars to move towards Egypt, even Africa, the Middle East, and other regions."     ZhongYuan Group
    "ZHongYuan Group is determined to use Egypt as a transit station for domestic second-hand car export business, establish a new second-hand car export model integrating products, finance, and services, and make its own efforts to assist the development of international trade in second-hand cars and enhance the international competitiveness of China's second-hand car export business," said Zhai Yuanhao, General Manager of ZhongYuan Group.
